I have a NETGEAR R7500 Nighthawk X4 AC2350.
Build: DD-WRT v3.0-r37495M kongat (10/28/18 )
side question: is there a newer build for this router?

I get my full 400/20Mbps on hardwire, but on both 2.4/5GHz wireless, I only ever get 125/20Mbps maximum.

I do have Shortcut Forwarding Engine (SFE) enabled but can't seem to figure out why I'm being limited. I have no QOS enabled.

Any other ideas I can check to see why I'm being limited?

Your router is Atheros/Qualcomm, so ask in that forum
