Accessing IPsec VPN Server via Windows 10

I setup a IPsec VPN server on my R7000P with Kong build using these instructions. I was able to successfully login via built-in VPN in iOS.

I have not been successful with WIndows 10, and I believe it may have to do with not loading the certificates correctly. Anyone have any step-by-step instructions for Windows 10 or anything that will point me in the right direction?
