it not compiled for arm. you cannot even see the architecture just by lookin at the binary file.
i dont know what drive you to say its a arm binary.

and its 100% impossible that this file is compiled for arm for another reason. each architecture i compiled from a indenend source tree. so nothing can be swapped.

finally. i did take a look at the file you mentioned. and its a mips firmware file
