Is the best way to upgrade from KONG's dd-wrt builds:
kong dd-wrt -> stock -> kong openwrt
That was my plan at least when I get the spare time to make sure I have all of my dd-wrt configurations documented for the switch.
No Need for all that work, just use TFTP and flash the factory img file for the first time, then you can upgrade using bins- just like dd-wrt. _________________ FORUM RULES
The Services\Network Shares feature which I use to share my USB drive has not worked consistently in the last few builds. I can see drive mounted but when browsing the drive none of my files show up. This was working properly a few builds ago.

I just tested it on both 18.06 and 9.07 build, works fine here. Did you switch builds? Maybe need to reset, since 9.07 build comes with samba4? _________________ KONG PB's: http://www.desipro.de/ddwrt/

Thanks Kong for the confirmation. After some further digging around, it turns out that it is related to how I formatted my USB drive. I'm using NTFS so I needed to add the ntfs-3g package. Once I did that everything worked again!

Well it seems my minidlna took a hit with this update. My file are either unplayable or streamed with alot of pixelation ending up with a restart of the video. Any thoughts? Lemme know what info anyone might require to help.

Gallo, did you do a dirty upgrade or clean?
If dirty, try a clean install. _________________ Router currently owned:

one core is at 35% load. In addition to that it is the first build for IPQ that survives a special test of mine, which can crash the router. _________________ KONG PB's: http://www.desipro.de/ddwrt/
