Asus RT-N16 Share Verizon Mifi 4620L WAN via USB

I recently purchased an Asus RT-N16 router with DD-WRT and I was wondering how to configure it to use my Mifi 4620L 4G LTE internet connection via USB tethering. I see several options in the DD-WRT interface under the WAN connection type to us 4G LTE and enable USB but I do not know how to configure it successfully. I am able to log into my Mifi 4620L and select "Enable USB tethering", but how can I get them to talk to each other? I would like to have the Asus RT-N16 route all internet traffic from my mifi through the USB tethering option.

I believe it is possible based on the following posts which show the Asus RT-N16 as capable of doing this:

Thank you for your help. A tutorial on how to set this up with DD-WRT and my Mifi would be greatly appreciated.

I have attached some pictures of my setup that I have tried so far to no avail.
