This build thread is for reporting successes and problem with loading this experimental test build. This is important info for developers and users. Always state your hardware and SPECIFIC build (e.g. 29000_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega-nv64k.bin). Do not ask questions about your specific router or how to configure it in this thread; create your own thread to discuss any specific problems you have or need resolved. Please also do not respond to such questions. This thread is to report info, not to seek it. Posts that do not add to understanding this build will be deleted. Make sure you know how to flash properly and the risk before using this build. It is important to adhere to these requirements, to keep this thread from becoming impossibly long and useless. If you don't know what build to flash and how to flash properly and have a means of recovery if things should go wrong, do NOT flash this experimental test build.

OK (CB mode was never an issue). Bandwidth of LAN seems too low/wrong, but LAN (eth0) is OK. Did not recheck again with r37139. _________________ 3xBuffalo WLI-H4-D1300

BS added a ton of disk/usb/raid/fs/tools-related stuff in this build, so everyone should ensure their relevant build isn't too big to fit now. _________________ FOR SALE: E1500@353, 2*E2500, WRT54GLv1.1 & GSv2 @250, 2*WNR1000v3, WGR614v10-mod, F9K1102v3

BS Build 37139 is safe and my RT-N18U is using it.
BS Build 37103 is also safe for RT-N18U. _________________ Router: Asus RT-N18U (rev. A1)

Except for the Broadcom MIPS devices. Same applies to WPA3. There are devices that aren't getting anything 'new', except maybe patches. Bricking is not always an image size issue, either.

Previous: r37139
Mode/Status: Gateway / working
Reset: no
Issues/Errors: None so far (command line upgrade because repeated failures via web UI during the last half-dozen upgrades feels bad).
Uptime: 32 minutes
Temperatures: CPU 65.8 °C / WL0 48.7 °C / WL1 50.3 °C
Router/Version: Belkin Play F7D4302
Files: 37305_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega
Kernels: 3.10.108-d6
Mode: AP
Reset: yes
Status: OK
Issues: VLAN now really confused-> Ethernet broken
possible to fix nvram set vlan1ports="3 2 1 0 5" does not work, it caches only the first value -> results in vlan1ports=3;nvram set vlan2ports="4 5" in WebUI correct VLAN 1 lan ports +Vlan2 none ports ,assign vlan0 to br0, choose vlan2 WAN.
strangly Ethernet works for now, wiviz not working on wl1
Router/Version: Netgear 3500Lv1
File: 37305_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega
Kernel: 3.10.108-d6
Mode: AP
Reset: yes
Status: OK
Issues: Ethernet broken, can be fixed by WebUI, on mine Ethernet port numbers wrong (1=4), can be fixed by setting vlan1ports=4 3 2 1 8*, device is recognized as Linksys WRT54G/GL/GS
I'm unsure if my vlan*ports settings are a good idea

HOw'd you manage to flash this model? The size is almost 1MB larger and the web flash uploader refuses to upload. Did you apply it via the command line on the router?

Yes, image is bigger, flashed with web-if of previous r37139, not cmd.
Which 'web flash uploader'? From stock? Or ASUS tool? I flashed Merlin first (web-if of stock fw), then DD-WRT many moons ago, and again (half a year later) after a DD-WRT flash has failed. _________________ 3xBuffalo WLI-H4-D1300

I have typically used the 'web update' directly from the web gui (Admin -> Firmware Upgrade). The last two version have typically froze this process and, while the router still functioned, caused the management site to go down until a power cycle could occur.
