This is my result:
http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest/47356470

It's everything exactly as you wrote.

Code:
I would like to hear the results from the stock firmware version... because in my experience with SFE enabled in DDWRT you should see approximately the same as stock on speeds.

Have you tried a different version of DDWRT? Maybe just that version has the problem.

I have tested several different versions of DD-WRT and a similar result.

for a valid url link just use ---> http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest/47356087
and then it will look like ---> http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest/47356087
Code:
and for <img src="http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest/47356087.png"></a> would be [img]http://www.dslreports.com/speedtest/47356087.png[/img]
then it would show on this forum as :

It's just like I thought. The problem is with DD-WRT. I tried on different versions of the firmware and also the transfer was up to the limit of 20MB / s. Now I have uploaded the original TP-Link firmware and download it from a fast server with a speed of 72MB / s.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix it?

Well I can not think of anything to do... (does not mean that there is not). Unless someone else has a suggestion. I will put some thought.

Do you want to try openwrt?

I prefer the DD-WRT interface. I can not find a place in OpenWRT.

Unfortunately, however, there is a problem even with the original firmware.
Yesterday I tested for 30 minutes and walked wonderfully. All the time I had these 72MB / s. Then I stopped for an hour and after an hour I did the test again. The transfer has dropped to 20MB / s and it has been this way. It helps restart the Archer C7 but after some time of inactivity the transfer drops to 20MB / s and it stays that way.
I do not know what's going on?

With DD-WRT it is much worse that it gives you 20MB / s from the beginning.

I noticed one more dependence. As I set it in the router of the operator (router mode) and Archer C7 gets the IP address internal to the problem is silent. It starts to download at 20MB / s and grows rapidly to 72MB / s.
Could this be the problem of the controllers in DD-WRT and the original TP-Link firmware?

Check Status->Router.

Does the CPU clock go down while idle. Didn't know this router have that feature like the R7800.

At this point, I have uploaded the original TP-Link firmware. I guess you mean the status of DD-WRT? I wrongly wrote that there is a "silent". I meant that it works correctly.

Perhaps there is an option that reduces CPU clocking during inactivity. But why can the transfer increase during the download of the ip address from the operator's router? And when gets an external address from the operator's router (bridge mode), the transfer is maintained at 15-20MB / s?

I do not know if this is a problem with TP-Link Archerc C7 or Operator Router? I also have no way to check it because I do not want to buy a very expensive router.

It seems to me that however, the TP-Link Archer C7 has a problem. When the router reboots, it's fine for a moment. Yesterday I left the operator's router in router mode. This morning I checked and the transfer is 72MB / s. So, how TP-Link gets the ip address of the internal I am always good.

I do not know if it will work, but I will try to check. I noticed that on TP-Link Archer C7 I get the same external IP address (WAN) each time. I want to try to enter this IP address, mask, gateway and dns to the computer and connect the router to bridge mode. If I connect to the internet and everything works well on the computer, it means there is a problem with TP-Link Archer C7. If the transfer drops to 20MB / s then the problem is with the bridge mode in the operator's router.
