Running heavy file xfr across router that last hours
Process queue keeps getting longer. Leads to non responsive ssh and gui. queue length currently at 65.2
Stopping the file xfr will after an hour or so get the process queue below 1
Stopping the file xfr allows gui and ssh to become responsive.
Very reproducible.

Reset: Manual pwr off need to recover.
