The comment tags in iptables are used in iptables monitoring.

Linux router1 4.4.176 #4965 SMP Sat Mar 2 08:02:37 CET 2019 armv7l DD-WRT

Is there a possibility to add this module?

Yes thanks, managed to install those rules with this newer version.

ipkg install libc_2.23-6_armv7soft.ipk
ipkg install iptables_1.4.21-2a_armv7soft.ipk
