Surfshark VPN. Netflix working with app but not on ddwrt

Hi I have a weird problem with Netflix. When I am connected to VPN using DDWRT, Netflix shows a proxy error. But when I’m using Surfshark app and using the same server, Netflix works just fine. Customer support can’t help. Any suggestions? Thanks!
