R7800 firmware installation

After many years of faithful service, my Buffalo router (with DD-WRT), finally gave in. So, I just ordered a Netgear R7800, but can't find the firmware installation guide. Can someone point me to it?

There's not much to it, it's quite easy and straight forward.

You can go to the firmware update tab on the stock Netgear firmware and upload a factory-to-dd-wrt.img file, or use the TFTP method described here:

Thanks, I've seen similar instructions on other sites, but assumed they were leaving something out, but maybe not. That's great news, I'll give it try.

Thanks everyone for the help, it's installed and running. While going through it, I kept a list of steps and turned it into a procedure. It's attached, can someone give it a look and let me know if I got it right?
