Connecting directly to my modem, I am getting 150 mpbs download, but through my router with dd wrt installed, I am getting download speeds ranging from 10-75 mbps. My upload is fine through both connections. I am using dd wrt v3.0-r37305. I haven't touched many settings besides a couple basic wireless settings after installing ddwrt, as well as installing yamon. Is there any way to return my download speeds to normal. I really like the functionality of this firmware, but my download speed is taking too much of a hit.

I have tried erasing nvram and rebooting using putty, but it did not make a difference.

If this: https://www.smallnetbuilder.com/wireless/wireless-reviews/32110-d-link-dir-868l-wireless-ac1750-dual-band-gigabit-cloud-router-reviewed?limitstart=0 is your router it is reported to have a dual core Armv7 800 MHz CPU.
With Shortcut Forwarding Engine turned on (at Setup page) you should be able to get 500Mb/s
For testing disable yamon, disable QoS and of cours you have to test wired, basically test with default settings and SFE turned on

Thank you for your response. Yes that is the router.

I tested again after running the shutdown script for yamon, QoS was disabled and the connection was wired. I turned on SFE (had it off as it interferes with yamon bandwidth monitoring). The results were the same, download speed is less than half of what it was when connecting directly to the modem.
