Hello guys,

i need your help.

I have an Netgear R7000 with dd-wrt. I need to add/install some accesspoints to it.
These Accesspoints assist Vlan.

The Accesspoint should send out the internal wifi on VlanX (SSID1) and a guest wifi on VlanY (SSID2).

So i need a configuration on the Router with 2 Vlans on one port of the router...for example Port 3.

How can this be done?

Thanks!

All Wifi's will eventually be on the same (V)LAN because Wifi does not support tagging (I think, probably because of the different headers).

Could it be that you are confusing VLAN's with subnets?

Is it only that you want to setup a guest wifi (a wifi on a different subnet wich is shielded from the rest of the local net work)?
If so that is done by unbridging the wifi and placing it on its own subnet and the shielding is done by firewall rules)
