I am attempting to setup a repeater bridge with an R8500. The problem I am running into is that as soon I set any one of the wireless interfaces to repeater bridge and apply the change the router gets into a reboot loop. I am able to recover by doing a hard reset.
I've tried the following FW versions:
- Kong 2018-11-25
- Kong 2018-09-23
- BS 2018-11-27
I've followed the instructions here:

I have repeater bridge running successfully on a couple of R7000 and have never had any issue.
Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?
[Update] I just installed the following Kong version on an R8000 and was able to setup the repeater bridge without any issues.
