Hello dd-wrt, I have a Netgear R6300 V2 Charter Edition that I bought a while back which I promptly loaded dd-wrt on using the wiki present here: https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Netgear_R6300v2 I removed dd-wrt from it after playing around with it for a while since I didn't need dd-wrt at the time.
However, now the link to the initial flash file for the charter edition of the Netgear is missing (it leads to a 404). I have looked at the places where Kong's firmware is stored and tried to flash all of the files that have the same file name but they all get rejected by my router saying that the firmware does not match the router. Of course, it doesn't help that none of the 50+ files that I've downloaded has the same md5 sum as listed in the wiki.
Does anyone know where the initial flash file has moved to?

I don't think you need to use the CH file again. Once you flash it the first time...it removed the CH firmware hooks. When you went back to Netgear FW...you whould have a true R6300v2 unit now.
Sorry for the late reply, was only able to just flash it now. The file worked as expected and I am running the latest firmware from Kong now so that's good. However you say that:

Does that mean that now, I don't need to flash the Charter firmware again if I want to revert back to the stock Netgear firmware? All I have done so far is flash the file you gave me which worked, and then I updated to the latest Kong firmware present on his website (file name: dd-wrt.K3_R6300V2.chk). Does that mean that my router is officially the normal Netgear version now?
