Folks,

I've upgraded to version 3.0 but Brazilian daylight saving havent change to new rule.

Past rule was to start at 3rd Sunday of October and finish 3rd Sunday of February. Once it passed the 3rd Sunday, router push +1 hour ahead.

New rule is to start at 1st Sunday of November and finish at 3rd Sunday of Ferbruary.

How to fix it ?
