wireless passcode needed

I would like to put a wireless security passcode onto my router. Can someone direct me to a tutorial or source that illustrates how it is done. At this point anyone can access my router with auto-connect.

Log into your router, go to the wireless, tab, then security and enter a password there. Then hit apply.
Do that for both bands. Use wpa2 aes.
