Newbie-Possible to add auto-email notification for features?

Hi.

As a newbie, some questions here. Please advice me.

For the target device Linksys WRT32x,
- Can I use/add a 'auto-email notification' to specific email address using given SMTP information when dhcp assigned to a device?

- Can I use/add a 'auto-email notification' to specific email address using given SMTP information when after router boot-up?

- Can I even use original Linksys GUI and features with DD-WRT?(mean that possible to use combined/mixed firmware?)

- To archive above, how should I do? Custom buid? or configuration only? or...another OpenWRT firmware?
