Syslog SSL error advice appreciated.

Hello all I am running a R7800 with Kong's test version dated 16/10/18.
I have telnet disabled andlog on via the web interface using https.looking through the syslog I often see messages like this
Local daemon.err httpd[3842]: SSL accept error

I have googled to try and understand why but with no success.
Can anyone help me understand why this happens.

ssl spam when https is enabled, we all have it, many complained. kong doesnt want to silence it, says its "normal"..
