[WARNING]: This thread is only for feedback on this beta release for developers and the community's benefit.
DO NOT flash this beta release unless you understand the risks involved and specific device recovery methods.
Avoid discussions! Create threads for questions, general problems or use search; this thread is not for support.
Please list router model & revision, operating & wireless mode(s) and exact filename/firmware image flashed.

Downloads: (DD-WRT website) HTTPS & FTP (try another if a link doesn't work)

CLI Flash: 'cd /tmp' then 'wget {file URL}' (or 'curl -k {file URL} -o {file}') with http (not https) or ftp. Then 'write {file} linux'.

Repository: Trac SVN changelog since last build r43055 (GitHub mirror)

Notes:
r41664 or later for SFE NAT (k3.2+), KRACK (k24+), PBR+SFE, CAKE & FQ_CODEL_FAST (reset!), GTK Rekey timer fixes.
• Reset button was broken in 40571; fixed in build 40750.
Experimental build option for Broadcom 8MB+ K2.x devices (limited currently): broadcom_K3X_mipsel32r1
• CVE-2019-14899 VPN fix (applicability depends on VPN setup) and GUI toggle: 6920, 6928, 6931, 6932 (WIP: 7040)
In-kernel Samba has been implemented this year and default min/max versions have changed 6954, 6957, with WSD support.
WireGuard 1.0 & tools! New GUI Tunnel options since r42872; now with key management! Setup guides: Client & Server by egc
Broadcom MIPS devices are now on the 4.4 kernel (N66U/AC66U have half memory atm)

Issues, observations, and/or workarounds reported:
DNScrypt 1.95 can still be used in the GUI but v2 (not compatible) requires Golang and thus Entware: 6246
WDS does not work on Broadcom ARM devices (only MIPS<->MIPS) and bridge modes on k4.4 devices may sometimes work in some configurations in certain builds but are not supported by the bcmdhd driver. Use client or repeater instead.
VAPs not working at boot fixed for unbridged VAPs with r40564:40566. Workaround startup command:
sleep 10;stopservice nas;stopservice wlconf;startservice wlconf;startservice nas (there are a few alternatives: search)
If start-up scripts do not work from USB add a delay e.g.: wait script or `sleep 25`

Important:
• If reporting issues provide applicable info: syslog output, 'dmesg', 'cat /tmp/var/log/messages', serial output, strace etc.
• For firewall issues provide 'iptables -L', 'iptables -t nat -L' and the /tmp/.ipt file.
• Search existing SVN tickets before opening a new one. Before reporting, reset and manually setup (no nvram backup).
• Be sure to include operating and wireless modes (Gateway, AP, CB, etc.) along with any relevant configuration information.

[b]File/Kernel: [/b]

Note: as a novice a question - what does number in bracket indicate "New Build - 05/07/2020 - r43078 (r43084)" the build being 43078, what does r43084 informs?

Some model routers may receive the newer build, or not.

Router: Nighthawk R7000
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r43078 5/7/2020
Upgraded from: 5/5/2020 v3.0-r43055

Problems" none so far.
Reset: No
Mode: Gateway / AP

So far, no problems I did notice the router seems to have rebooted faster with this build. It's never really slow, but it seems to have become ready slightly quicker this time around. (Maybe it's just me.) I don't use USB, or any NAS features built into DDWRT. I prefer to use other dedicated devices for that on the network. With that said, I will update this post if things change.

Previous/Reset: r42954 version
Mode/Status: Internet gateway and WIFI AP
Issues/Errors: No boot correctly after update

I can't boot device after update to the newest version. The same situation is from version r43028. Last good working version is r42954 for this device. I don't known what is wrong. For test I'm rollback device to oem version and reflash with the newest version, but it not solve problem. Actually I'm stay with version from APR 20, 2020. The newest version and any other of r42954 provide me problem with device start. I have only orange Power LED and working switch. Router haven't internet connection. I haven't any access to device - GUI, SSH, tftp can't work. I'm repair device with USB - TTL cord and force tftp mode.

If you have a USB-TTL adapter, please provide serial logs of your unsuccessful flashes. This would be helpful to the community. Thank you.

EDIT: Attach them to your ticket when you re-open it. It serves NO purpose opening a ticket without this information. https://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/7094

EDIT: BrainSlayer reported successful update. Only option is for you to do a complete reset before and after flash and re-configure from scratch and report if you are still having issues with proper information attached (syslog, serial log).

Router/Version: D-Link DIR-868L Rev.A1
File/Kernel: dir868a-webflash.bin / Linux 4.4.221 #39 SMP Wed May 6 10:01:36 +04 2020 armv7l
Previous/Reset: 05-05-2020-r43055 / no
Mode/Status: Repeater Bridge on 5GHz AC/N-Mixed (wl0 is purposely turned off) / working
Issues/Errors: unable to connect to VLAN after upgrading. fixed by pressing Apply Settings button in Wireless>Basic Settings tab

Network setup: ===:wired, ---:wireless
Code:
[Internet]====[EchoLife HG8244H GPON Terminal]====[Arcadyan AC1900 (AP)] - - - - [DIR868L (RB)]====PC
                                                                                                                                              |- - - - - - - - Phone
After upgrading FW:
    - wl1 can connect to Arcadyan AC1900 (AP)
    - PC can access the internet
    - Phone can see VLAN wl1.1
    - Phone is unable to connect to VLAN wl1.1
After pressing Apply Settings button in Wireless>Basic Settings tab (about May 8 19:30:51 in syslog): everything become normal
    - wl1 reconnects to Arcadyan AC1900 (AP)
    - PC can access the internet
    - Phone can connect to VLAN wl1.1

I know that RB is not officially supported on Broadcomm routers, but this time is a bit different from previous FW upgrades, so I just post here in case someone encounters the same issue.
