R7900 telnetenable not working SOLVED

I have Windows 7 and I’m trying to use the new telnenable to access the router.
I keep getting a vcruntime140d.dll error.
Does anyone know how I can fix this?

That dll looks to be one that is supplied by Visual C++ Runtime downloads.

I believe its from the 2015 version, but here is the link to all of those versions:

I fixed it. I wasn’t paying enough attention to the error. I assumed it was vcruntime140.dll.
It was vcruntime140d.dll that as missing.
