I am currently running DD-WRT v3.0-r33215 on a Linksys WRT3200ACM router, and the GUI states that overclocking is "not supported".

My questions are:

Can this router be overclocked manually?

If yes, what exactly is the procedure?

Or, is there a revision (build) that has overclocking built into the GUI for convenience?

Thank you in advance for any information you can provide me.

I suppose it's possible, but it would require a custom kmod (Kernel Modification). Here's a discussion on the OpenWrt Forum about CPU Scaling. It's opposite the direction you want to go, but it'll give you a better understanding of what's involved.

Thank you Spurious, but that information is a little above my pay-grade.

I'm surprised there's so little interest in this topic. Nobody else has any suggestions, or wants this ability in their WRT3200ACM?
