DEAR ALL,
I HAVE THE D-LINK DIR-878 AND I AM TRYING TO UPGRADE THE FIRMWARE USING YOUR WEBSITE I HAVE DOWNLOADED THE 2 FILES WHICH YOU HAVE

dlink-dir878-a1-webflash.bin and factory-to-ddwrt.bin

i try to upload them it fails is there any special steps to do the firmware upgrade if so please can you tell me.
