Hi

Been offline for awhile and just fired up my Linksys WRT1900 AC v1 running DD-WRT v3.0-r30880 std (11/14/16) Linux 3.18.42 #102 SMP Fri Oct 14 01:08:44 CEST 2016 armv7l

Wondering if I should upgrade firmware to a newer release for security and performance reasons? If so which version should I upgrade to?

The current configuration seems to have worked well for my needs in the past with fairly stable performance. (200+ day uptimes)

Have seen that some versions have had to disable cpu idle and there have been issues with iOS devices connecting and sporadic rebooting of router. Would prefer to avoid firmware that suffers from those issues.

Cheers

r31924 was the last one that was stable for me on the WRT1900ACv1. People seem to be having good luck with r36168 but for me, it killed the switch ports.

htismaqe Thanks for the reply. Will take a look at both of those releases.
