I've installed DD-WRT on Dlink DIR-620 rev. A1 using image for Asus RTN13U-B1, build from 20 June 2018. Firmware works OK, except some speed problem...
When downloading torrents real speed is limited to 8.0 Mbyte/s, as indicated in uTorrent 1.82 client. Also I see the CPU load approaching 70% in the WEB interface. Used NAT table entries is 900-1000, mainly due to uTox running in background. When testing stock firmware, or zyxel keenetic firmware, torrent speed is 10.5 MB/s on the same torrent (with uTox running), and reported CPU load is 1-2%. I'm aware of issue with hardware / software NAT, however 10000 packets per second can not generate so high load on their own. Is there some service causing this?

WAN connection type is IPoE with DHCP, advertised speed is 100 MBit. SPI firewall is off, NAT fast path is on.

That router have a 384Mhz CPU only.

Are you running the torrents on the router?

Use the command 'top' on the Telnet/SSH prompt.
