My router is totally bricked. I've tried to unbrick w/ tftpd32/64, putty, pumpkin, serial ttl jtag, linux tftp.
The router is dead: ping is not responding, don't boot in putty (ctrl+c).
Can someone share HEX files of the 2 bios chips (Winbond 25Q128BVFG) ???
Yesterday, my Buffalo WZR-HP-G450H router was bricked, still now i fixed it.
Follow this 2 steps , hope to able help you.
1. Watch this: http://www.overclock.net/forum/18049-network-hardware/1331611-guide-recovering-bricked-buffalo-airstation-n450-router-wzr-hp-g450h.html
I fully watched and have a imaging about steps. Note to know the PCB Revisions REV 1 , or REV 0 when asemble router
(Open your router and look for PCB label if unsure - Remember this, as with altering firmware WILL invalidate your Buffalo Warranty and Support!)
Unbricked router with this attachment open wrt firmware or this link http://downloads.lede-project.org/releases/17.01.4/targets/ar71xx/generic/lede-17.01.4-ar71xx-generic-wzr-hp-g450h-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin (i tried some firmwares , but it didn't succeed)
2. Read this and choose a stable firmware with REV 0 , or REV 1 to flash by system upgrade when success unbricked . (My router has been bricked , so i downloaded by phone's 3G ):
The open Wrt firmware was not stable to make repeater router, so i update to that dd wrt firmware. It's okay fo now.
My U-boot is gone. There is no way to recover w/o U-boot. Oh Lord...
