valut, how did you make the physical connection? did you strip a USB to TTL cable and solder it?
I'd like to keep my cable for future use. I'm wondering if there is a small connector I can order from digi key to solder to the board that I can hook up my adafruit cable to. But actually, I really prefer to avoid soldering at all since it isn't really practical in this apartment. is there another way to make the connection? tiny aligator clips on the feet of that YE04 chip?

No soldering! No drilling! Attached are the images of adapter (cutted 3 pins from 40pin connector with standard step 2.54mm or 1/10inch between pins) and 3.3V USB to TTL cable with connectors suitable for pins.
Three pin adapter was ISOLATED, inserted in holes of board of router (they have standard step 2.54mm between holes)
and slightly pressed. It was enough for me to establish serial connection. Really the procedure of debricking takes one-two minutes (if everything was prepared).
If the connector above have standard step 2.54mm between pins you can use it.

valut~
Before i start to connect serial, my router was NO LED lights and turning on nothing.
Also, i tried 30/30/30 reset, 20sec WPS, unplug and leave for a few hours etc...
However, USB 3.0 port receives power. But no lights and networks or anything.
Than i found the information about Serial connect.
and i follow the way that you told.
I connect G10 to PC with UART connector by use Putty (i tried with other program, too.) But nothing was printed on screen.(some program printed "connected" but that's it)
Yes, dead Asrock G10 has NO LED lights and turning on do nothing except serial output. If you are sure in your connection of cable to router please check whether your serial port connection in putty is 115200, 8N1, no flow control. In my case I was able to connect router ONLY at the speed 115200. Are you installed correct driver for your cable? Is COM port visible in Windows device manager without errors? In my experiments both Windows 8(64 bit) and Windows 7(64 bit) connection via putty to the router was successful. Very important thing is to have 3.3 Volts (rather than 5 Volts) TTL-to-USB cable.
Immediately after tuning on I got in putty window the output shown in my first post, namely:
----------------------------------------------------------
U-Boot 2012.07 [Standard IPQ806X.LN,r40331] (Jun 22 2015 - 19:44:46)
Please try to change serial connection speed (57600, 38400, 19200)? May be different versions of U-Boot loader
have different default serial connection speed.
Finally, you may try to change RXD and TXD in you connection of cable to the router.
From your photo it follows that your cable very probably can be operated in two modes either 3.3V or 5V. Very probably it has switch to operate either in 3.3V TTL mode or 5V TTL mode. Please check!

Hello, tell me how to return from firmware DD-WRT to the official factory firmware? Just do it through the update menu?
2 If this is not possible, then somebody tried to install more recent build? (I now have a DD-WRT v3.0-r37305 std (10/10/1)
In order to revert to stock firmware you should have special .bin file. I am afraid that you may brick router while flashing stock firmware from dd-wrt upgrade menu.
My Asrock G10 is working now with DD-WRT 12-20-2018-r38060.
P.S. Just now successfully upgraded to the latest dd-wrt release 01-14-2019-r38302.

Hi, thanks!
I also updated on this version yesterday!
But it turned out to be done only through browser IE, in chrome and mozila the router just hung and did not react to anything.
