Kong's DD-WRT test build 34320M - 2018/01/03 has been released: http://desipro.de/ddwrt/K3-AC-Arm/TEST/

Your reports for Broadcom units are greatly appreciated !

This build thread is for reporting successes and problem with loading this experimental test build. This is important info for developers and users. Always state your hardware and SPECIFIC build (e.g. 29440_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega-nv64k.bin). Do not ask questions about your specific router or how to configure it in this thread; create your own thread to discuss any specific problems you have or need resolved. Please also do not respond to such questions. This thread is to report info, not to seek it. Posts that do not add to understanding this build will be deleted. Make sure you know how to flash properly and the risk before using this build. It is important to adhere to these requirements, to keep this thread from becoming impossibly long and useless. If you don't know what build to flash and how to flash properly and have a means of recovery if things should go wrong, do NOT flash this experimental test build.

Can this now be installed on the D-Link DIR-868L and DIR-880L? There was a fix introduced in the most recent BS build which fixed the bricking issue.

Thanks!

Router Model: Netgear R6400

Firmware Version: DD-WRT v3.0-r34320M kongac (01/03/1Cool
Kernel Version: Linux 4.4.109-rc1 #482 SMP Wed Jan 3 15:42:11 CET 2018 armv7l

Upgraded: from DD-WRT v3.0-r34015M kongac (12/09/17) via ddup --flash-latest
Reset: No not this time

Status: Up and running for 4 hours, basic setup as AP, static leases, OpenVPN client (on PIA) with PBR up and running, 2,4GHz, 5Ghz USB storage and DLNA working.

Errors: Yes, OpenVPN with Policy Based Routing does not forward HTTP(s) traffic to the PBR clients with SFE on see: http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/5900.
The GUI sometimes does not respond and I have to manually refresh this was also the case in 33630.

There is a solution, to the PBR not working with SFE[/b], @Quarkysg has made a patch for the shortcut-fe module (see: http://svn.dd-wrt.com/ticket/5986#no1 )
He also compiled a shortcut-fe.ko module for testing (Arm/Broadcom , Linux 4.4) see: https://www.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?p=1107870#1107870 , I am running that shortcut-fe.ko module right now and it is working.

Please @Kong and @BS have a look and if appropriate include the patch

Big Thanks to Kong and BrainSlayer!!

I just installed it on my DIR-868L rev. A - upgraded from quarkysg 34080b. Running fine so far (1 hour).

Router: Netgear AC1450
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r34320M kongac (3 Jan 2018 )
Kernel: Linux 4.4.109-rc1 #482 SMP Wed Jan 3 15:42:11 CET 2018 armv7l
Status: bricked
Reset: No
Previous: unknown 33770?
Errors: Bricked

performed ddup --flash-latest the cycle completed but nothing but flashing power button. Powercycle does nothing. Seem to be unable to Reset as it changes nothing

edit: flash to factory didn't fix it the flash worked and the router lights came back but the webpage was never accessible. another power cycle 30 min resulted in a brief flash of the power light the nothing. The netgear light displays and a cable plugged into wan port lights up that indicator but power light never remains on and the router can be pinged at 192.168.1.1.

I'm mistaken the power light never comes on its the wan light that briefly flashes.

Router: Netgear R7000
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r34320M kongac
Kernel: 4.4.109-rc1
update: 34015 (>21 days of uptime) --> 34320
status: operational
reset: no
errors: none so far

My setup is very simple: 2.4 GHz only + some physically connected via unmanaged switch + QoS for buffer bloat (WTB/FQ_CODEL). No USB, no VPN, no entware, etc.

Will post back to update after a few days.

EDIT:
uptime: 13 days, 15:38
Received (RX) 3,496,562 OK, no error
Transmitted (TX) 5,394,521 OK, no error
