Hello,
I’ve flashed my net gear R6300v2 with the dd wrt firmware and configured with the nordvpn instructions.
As matter of fact I’m a novice user, I literally don’t understand the meaning of the warnings contained in the log info:
Code:
Clientlog:
20190915 04:00:01 Control Channel: TLSv1.2 cipher TLSv1.2 ECDHE-RSA-AES256-GCM-SHA384 4096 bit RSA
20190915 05:00:01 NOTE: --mute triggered...
20190915 05:00:02 8 variation(s) on previous 3 message(s) suppressed by --mute
20190915 05:00:02 W WARNING: 'link-mtu' is used inconsistently local='link-mtu 1633' remote='link-mtu 1634'
20190915 05:00:02 W WARNING: 'comp-lzo' is present in remote config but missing in local config remote='comp-lzo'

Actually it is fairly clear....
First line: well not enough info to say this is an error or not
Second & third line: says that it is suppressing repeated warnings/errots & why.....this level can be changed in the "Aditional Configs" box
Fourth line: tells you that your MTU settings don't match the servers.....It also tells you what the server is using.
Fifth line: tells you that the compression settings "comp-lzo" don't match & which end is set to what.
All those settings can be adjusted if you go back to the VPN Client setup page, then check the circlr/box at the bottom that says "Advanced Options"....then the aditional settings will appear..
Good luck _________________ Location 1

Thank you for the reply! I’m going to report these warnings also to the nordvpn community (I have also new messages still incomprehensible to me) to check if my router is configured properly.
