And you haven't changed the firmware header, I presume? Did you erase nvram (in CFE, it's `nvram erase`)? The only CFE command I've used for flashing is 'flash'...not seen 'upgrade' used before. Have you tried:
    flash -ctheader : flash1.trx

I haven't changed the firmware header; i don't erase nvram

In CFE ,i write "upgrade code.bin" only and with the TFTP i loaded the firmware "FW_WRT610NV2_2.00.01.15_20100913_US_code"
see below

so in CFE , i write " nvram erase" and then i write "flash -ctheader : flash1.trx" and then i reboot the router without loader the firmware ,i don't use TFTP ?,that's all ??

thank you

According to the wiki, you:
    nvram erase
    flash -ctheader : flash1.trx
Then run the TFTP. Then after flashing + reboots...and a beer, type `go` to boot the application code.
