Question about PPOE disconnect and reconnect BS and EKo ver!

Does this mean that if I choose manual disconnect line would be disconected permanently,

and my second question

Why in BS version wan settings, router is rebooted after applying settings this is not case With Eko build!

Router stays on and rebooting is not affected.
