I am brand new to the DD-WRT community. I just recently learned about this fantastic project and specifically bought an old Linksys WRT320N router at a yardsale, as I read that it was capable of using the DD-WRT firmware.

However, when I went to the database (http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Linksys_WRT320N_v1.0) it told me that I could download the trailed build via this link:

ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/others/eko/V24-K26/svn14471/dd-wrt.v24-14471_NEWD-2_K2.6_mini_wrt320n.bin

However, I always get error "Alert: 550 Failed to change directory." The DD-WRT download site for WRT320N also did not have the trailed version listed. I even tried a google search to find a different mirror, but to no avail.

Does anyone know where I can still download the trailed build for this particular router. Please help![/url]

you can find the latest at: ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/betas/2017/05-02-2017-r31924/broadcom_K26/

I have not tested it on my wrt320N, I am using 30880 which is working fine as an AP. 30880 can be found at: ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/betas/2016/11-14-2016-r30880/broadcom_K26/

Be sure to read the peacock thread and the wiki.

Earlier builds can be found at: ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/betas/ for the 320N search in the Broadcom_K26 directory

Correct, but there are several files. How do I know which one is for my router?
dd-wrt.v24-31924_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega-nv60k.bin
dd-wrt.v24-31924_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega-nv64k.bin
dd-wrt.v24-31924_NEWD-2_K2.6_mega.bin
dd-wrt.v24-31924_NEWD-2_K2.6_openvpn-nv60k.bin
dd-wrt.v24-31924_NEWD-2_K2.6_openvpn.bin

?

TIA again.

Please read the peacock announcement. You need to understand how generic builds work. Then pick the correct one for your router with openvpn in the name. I don't know which you need, so you have to understand things for yourself first.

A K3.x build is also available

ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/betas/2017/05-02-2017-r31924/broadcom_K3X/dd-wrt.v24-31924_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega_wrt320n.bin

Don't expect more than 5Mbit/s through a vpn with ths router.
