Thank you Kong, can't wait to try it out! Happy holiday if you celebrate one, and thank you for your continued work on the Marvell units. _________________ Tutorial for flashing WRT series WRT Installation,Upgrade & Basic Setup–Cliff Notes

Just loaded r30965. Thank you to KONG. Flashed and booted just fine on WRT1200AC. All the basic functions seem A OK. Used "strings /lib/ath9k/mwlwifi.ko | grep 10" to check wireless driver. The wireless version is 10.3.2.0-20161222. From https://github.com/kaloz/mwlwifi?files=1 this is latest and greatest. Big thank you to Kong!

if wanting to upgrade to new Kong r30965 build, would i just use file ddwrt-linksys-wrt1900acs.bin?Or do i have to reset router and start from factory firmware first?thanks.

You can use the .bin to flash within DD-WRT or with Kong's builds use the .img file from the Linksys UI. I prefer to keep the Linksys partition available.. Known good to fall back to. I also install Openwrt/LEDE builds on my wrt1900acs so I would have to install Linksys firmware first and then the Openwrt/LEDE builds if I overwrote the Linksys firmware partition.

Have a nice holliday !
I also lost the ability to set the 2,4Ghz on Chan 13
There must be a BIG mistake with the domaine regulatory Interface setting's..... (FRANCE)
Have a nice Holliday !
So any early adopters willing to share stability and performance comments on this version? Thanks! _________________ WRT1900ACS

It has been running for 2 days. No issues or problems. Wifi connects are stable. Internet Speed tests are maxing out at my ISPs speeds for Ethernet and 5ghz wifi. 2.4ghz wifi speeds are not maxing out but are the best I have had for any firmware on the WRT1900AC.

The radio does not have any reg domain for france, only a few major countries, regions. I did not test france but I assume it will switch to default US reg domain and then ch13 is not available. _________________ KONG PB's: http://www.desipro.de/ddwrt/

Just installed and the ping isn't great. I'm literally 15' from my router and connected to the 5 GHz radio. Download speed is under the 75 Mbps that I pay for... Upload speed is right at what I pay for. _________________ WRT1900ACS

With "Advanced setting" i can set the reg dom to "FRANCE" (Europe) and normally i canb set the chan 13 for the 2,4Ghz radio but the chan 12 and 13 are not here. with the 5Ghz setting to "FRANCE" kill the radio (no client connections...)but status say radio ON..

That's is just a webif setting that is used for the userspace daemon, this does not have anything do do with the regulation implementation in the wireless driver or the radio firmware. _________________ KONG PB's: http://www.desipro.de/ddwrt/
