Failed to reset password on Buffalo WZR-1166DHP

Hello. I've got a problem with Buffalo WZR-1166DHP. We've updated the firmware and now it's DD-WRT, but after that we've lost an admin password.
I connected to it using serial port, tried different things:
Quote:
nvram erase
- seams to work, but nothing's changed.

Quote:
nvram set http_passwd=
nvram commit

same result

Quote:
flash -noheader : flash1.trx


Writing a new firmware. I tried to write dd-wrt again - it succeeds, but nothing changes. Tried to write the stock firmware from the official site - it says file is corrupted (tried several times, no luck).

What we have: well-operating router, it has a visible SSID (its name has not been reset after erasing nvram), admin panel with the first page. So it works fine, but password is still there.

What kind of magic is that? How can I reset the password?

Always apply 30-30-30, give time after upgrade, then wbegui should ask for password
