New builds by <Kong> released this evening. Performance is pretty much the same as with the last two builds released in May, so not sure at present what changes have been made. No complaints though!

Comes with latest drivers and updated mac80211, BrainSlayers builds should have the same performance now.
Thank you so much for all your efforts for the users; it is greatly appreciated.

Thanks Kong, working well and now able to use VHT80 for the first time 😀😀 _________________ Linksys WRT 1900AC - V2

1. For 2.4GHz., missing channels 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8. They're just not in the list of channels. In particular missing channel 6. Channel 6 is the one that works best around here.
2. Put the 5GHz. on 80MHz. channel 157/upper, and it came up on channel 161. Switched it to 157/lower, and it didn't work at all, and neither did the second try at 157/upper. Now it's set at 40MHz. channel 157, and that works. Too bad no 80MHz. channel with 157 as primary channel.
Odd, anyone else seeing this sort of thing?
The wireless is working, but channel selection appears to be borked.
Might just need to go back a release? Or reflash? Just weird.

Same here on point above. It works, had to switch to channel 9 as the ones above were not listed.

I had my 2.4Ghz channel stop responding and knocked everyone off. The 5Ghz kept running fine. I had to reboot to get it working again. Looking at the console, it showed that the 2.4Ghz range was still being recognized... but most clients weren't visible any longer in the connections list.
I'm running the 6/4 version, but this happened on the previous version as well. Unfortunately I don't know any commands to run to give you a crash dump of what is happening on the router at that time, and would appreciate anyone to share that info for next time it happens? Thank you! _________________ Device: Linksys WRT1900AC V1

I picked channel 3 on 2.4GHz. Don't like it, since it overlaps with other channels, but channels 1 and 11 are fully occupied here. Luckily I only need 2.4GHz. for a wifi printer that's not on very often, everything else is on 5GHz.
I am pining for good ol' channel 6 though, I want it back *smile*.
Note that I did try clearing my browser cache, just to see if the "missing channels" was because of that. Didn't help. Also have flashed latest openWRT now, too, so I know that the router's okay, too. And all channels are available again. Will come back to Kong when the channels are restored.
