I have the same bricked esr600.
I tryed to flash ".dlf" via serial U-boot. Nothing helps.
After that i found topic about "header.x86" and "dd" and folow instruction to create uImageESR600.
I've decoded original firmware ESR600-V1-4-5-55.dlf with header.x86 and stripped first 192 bytes with dd.

I cannot load this image file to the router... it keeps giving me bad magic number errors when I try to boot afterward. |
