Hi, decided to give DD-WRT a go on this router following countles attempts at getting stable wi-fi with openwrt with limited success. Installed r44772 and eveything appears to be working fine for now, except dd-wrt reports that I have 256MB of ram on the unit...
As far as I am aware this model has always had only 128MB ram, openwrt reported 128MB, any ideas what could be going on?

This was the response I got:

if its reporting 256 ram, it has 256 ram. if this would be false, the device will crash and not even boot
I know we had another device that was reporting 128MB when it had 256MB, so not sure what's exactly right here, or if all of the usual resources are actually wrong about this device on how much RAM it has. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"

Another intresting bit of info, I went from stock (was using it due to stable wifi) to Openwrt, to dd-wrt and back to stock, and somehow the initial stock settings where retained thought all the firmware changes... is this normal?
