VPN kill switch not working and selectively bypassing VPN

I'm trying to get the original script to work with only clients listed in the PBR windows but seems that all clients are pushed through the VPN.

I'm trying to use it alongside of NordVPN scripts from here: https://github.com/TobseTobse/DD-WRT_NordVPN

Router is R8500 running Kong r37985
