So apparently there's some confusion on what manufacturers use for different throughput speeds on switches / routers. According to this wiki FAQ 1 says that Netgear had it wrong and that Orange is supposed to be Gigabit. It would appear that all my new stock DLink unmanaged switches also have it wrong. According to DLink, Green is Gigabit.
Since I can't make any changes to the DLink's, is it possible to inject some code on my 3700 an 3800 to flip it back to Green is Gigabit? Just want them to be consistent across my network....even if it is "wrong"
