IS there a default username/password. It will not let me login with the one I created. I flashed Bld 28054 on my EA6500V2.

From http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Reset_And_Reboot#Login_.28password.29_after_Reset
After a reset of DD-WRT, the login gets reset to: user "root", password "admin".

Isn't that only for old builds Kryptex?

After you have done this WHEN DD-WRT IS INSTALLED, if you haven't been asked to change your password by the dd-wrt webgui when you try to login to the router at 192.168.1.1,(presuming you are doing a hard reset on a dd-wrt build newer than 9707, June 14, 2008, when the auto reconfig password was introduced) you haven't done the hard reset properly.

Note that 28054 has issues for some Broadcom units; if you still have problems try 27858. When a reset (GUI or button or nvram erase) is done, DD will default to a password set screen, at which you set it then save/apply. Maybe you set the random default by accident? Try resetting again.

Now no more access to web gui. Cannot ping it. Have done several hard resets to try and get it. How can I revive this unit?
