both the router & ur isp modem have the same ip which is bad, disconnect the router from the isp modem then log into it, change its ip to something else on a different subnet such as 192.168.5.1 with subnet 255.255.255.0 then connect it back to the modem
also dont use the router db its older than mars, use the server ftp in my sig below in red font all builds go there, use webflash to update, dont need to reset unless u want to _________________ LATEST FIRMWARE(S)
