Isolated network cant access plex

I have setup an isolated guest wireless network that is all working fine with regards to accessing the internet, however guests are unable to access my Plex Server.

I have an idea that I need to point the guest subnet to the port number of my Plex server, however I have no idea how to do this so any advice or even if I have completely the wrong end of this please let me know

About my setup:
Router RT-AC68U
Build: 23940
Dynamic DNS: DuckDNS
