If you have, I'd like to buy the Mini-PCI card from it!
The only card I found on the open market was the SparkLAN WMIA-207GN, which, as it turns out, costs twice as much an an equivalent Mini-PCIe card (I guess deamnd dictates price.) Unfortunately, that's the kind of money I paid for my WZR-G300N on eBay, so it doesn't make much economic sense to upgrade my old F5D7230-4.
However, one thing I do know for sure is that the WZR-G300N's wireless card works fine in the F5D7230-4 (I tried it), so the obvious solution is for me to find somebody who bricked their Draft-N router, and buy their Mini-PCI card. I believe that either Atheros or Broadcom cards should be OK (although I've only seen Broadcom and Marvell TopDog in routers thus-far.) So name your price! _________________ Current setup: VMDG480 (Modem Mode) > DIR-825 Rev. B1 |
