build 23320 breaks ipkg

Hi all -
Just installed build 23320 on a WNDR3700v1.
Trying to mess around with packages, but ipkg will not allow me to update, upgrade, or install new packages.

Does anyone know what this is about? I checked the svn changelogs and nothing seems too amiss.
