First, I have a NETGEAR WNR-2200.
Second, I have a Mac.

So, we experienced some weird internet connection yesterday with no improvement, so I decided to upgrade the firmware in hope for something better.
I have upgraded it before without problems, so I don't understand the issue.

I am using my phone now since the router is probably fucked.

What can I do?
Under network settings it says that it has an IP address that it gave to it self (a weird one actually), and that it won't be able to connect to the Internet.
If it stays like this for a while it connects and get the usual IP address.
But still I can't get access. Not even on the phone.
So the problem is with the router.

Yes, I have tried to disconnect and connect the router and the modem from power as well.
Doesn't work! Sad

Please help me!

The cable connection still works I think, try downgrading to build version 27506.

How do I find that build?
The files has always the same name without any number.

And how do I downgrade?

ftp://ftp.dd-wrt.com/betas/2015/
You can downgrade the same way you upgrade, flash the needed build.

I think DDWRT might be a little over your head.
