RIP2 not working.

Allright heres the setup:

DSL Modem ->----------------------------------\
Windows 2003->------------------------------- Switch
DD-wrt v23 Std (Linksys WRT54GS v4) ->/

DSL Modem See the RIPv2 from my Win2003, but the WRT keeps responding "Destination Unreachable (port Unreachable)" when it recives the RIP packet. then turns around and dose a ARP "Who Has" for the Win2003 what should i look for first?

Advance Routing:
Operating Mode: RIP2
Dynamic Routing-
Interface: Both
