Newbee, need help adding static dhcp addresses

Could someone explain how to add/display a static dhcp addresses?

When I go to administrtion-services-dhcp server, I add the mac, hostname, ip, but only get white boxes after I hit the add button. How can I tell what mac addresses are assigned to the table?
