I need your help please.
I have the Firmware: DD-WRT v23 SP2 (09/15/06) micro installed on a Linkys v6

I don't have the hotspot options as primary radius serer, sputnik agent, Chillispot etc.. I only have http and smtp redirect.

I think may be it is because of the micro version of the firmware but it is impossible to update the firmware, the process works and then the administration reboots but still keeps the same old firmware. I tried with the generic std version (v23 , V 24) but all failed.

Your router can only use the micro version and that is why those options are missing. You need a better router if you want to use the standard version.

do you know if there is any way for me to have these hotsot options without changing the router? I just bought it few months ago, it is linksys speedbooster v6.
any older firmware that can handle these hotspot options?

No, becuase it doesn't have enough memory to store firmwares that include chillispot.
