Hello everyone. My setup is : Buffalo whr-G125 + dd-wrt (Using NoCatSplash) Everything Is working fine except its a little hard to connect the router internet some times ( pppoE).

Im a Novice at this networking Stuff.

I have 2 questions to ask :

a) Is there a way i can make the Splash page hosted in the Buffalo jffs point to a website(when clicked "I Agree" ) hosted in a server running IIS or Apache Which is conected fisicaly to the router ? How could i do that ?

b) What hardware would i need to setup a wifi of around 2 miles in diameter ?
This is what im thinking :

- 2 x 20 dbi 120 degree Sector Antenas ( Back to back )
- 1 x 500 mW Amplifier
- 1 x 2 way signal Splitter.

I dont know how far would a setup like this reach

Please explain as detailed as possible, remember im a newbie. But of course any possible help is greatly apreciated.
