I've got a domain (no-ip.org, really) pointing to my router, such that it responds to username.no-ip.org.

I'd like to try to get it so that if I make a request to computerA.username.no-ip.org that it automatically forwards to a computer on my network with a static ip.

I thought DNSMasq should be able to do this, but the best I can do is make it work internally, such that computerA.localdomain forwards. This isn't really so useful.

Is what I want possible?

No, you can only forward ports with a static NAT. I.E forward port 80 to the machine that have the web server.
